A big announcement about the BP settlement, and freezing temps.

One of the top stories this morning:

The list of restoration projects following the Deepwater Horizon oil spill eight years ago is growing longer to bring the total tab to more than a half-billion dollars. Officials with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality announced the addition of ten new and supplemental projects during a summit held in Biloxi yesterday.
