Investigators in Southern California will be working today to try and figure out the motive behind the deadly mass shooting in Thousand Oaks. Twelve people were killed Wednesday night at the Borderline Bar and Grill, about 40 miles northwest of Los Angeles. The shooter has been identified as a 28-year-old former Marine who authorities say had exhibited erratic behavior in the past.
Hundreds are coming together to show support for a California community where 13 people died in a mass shooting. About 18-hundred people showed up for a vigil last night at the city hall in Thousand Oaks, where a gunman killed 12 people and then took his own life at the Borderline Bar and Grill Wednesday night. Ventura County Sheriff Geoff Dean says the gunman was a former Marine who may have been struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder.
