The White House shared a Valentine's Day message on social media Friday (February 14), featuring a rhyme about deporting undocumented migrants. The post, which includes images of President Donald Trump's and border czar Tom Homan's faces on a pink background, reads: "Roses are red, violets are blue, come here illegally, and we'll deport you."

The message was captioned, "Happy Valentine’s Day," with a heart emoji at the end.

The Valentine's Day message drew mixed reactions online. Some Trump supporters found humor in the post, while others expressed outrage, questioning the appropriateness of such a message from an official government account.

"Immigration is more than a meme. Real people, real lives, real struggles. Maybe it’s time for a more serious and humane discussion…!?" one person replied on X.

"This Valentine's Day, nothing says "I love you" more than keeping your loved ones safe from criminals, Venezuelan gang members, and cartels!" another user said in response to the tweet.

The post comes amid a significant increase in immigration enforcement, with over 8,000 undocumented immigrants arrested since President Trump's second term began on January 20. Some have already been deported, while others are detained in federal prisons or at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba.
