Meet Miss Lady! Who can resist those glamorous whiskers?! This sweet kitty came to HSSM on January 23rd as a stray. Since her time here at the shelter, she has been wonderful with staff and loves to cuddle. Miss Lady went to a foster home but was returned early due to a family emergency. While in her foster home this girl was a sweet and calm kitty who did well with children, dogs and other cats!
Miss Lady is around five years old and has already been spayed. She has a flea allergy and is in the process of regrowing her fur. She is available for fostering or adopting and in time, her beautiful blue coat will fill back in. Please be mindful of HSSM's new adoption protocol during these unprecedented times:
- Adopters must remain in vehicle and adoption counselors will bring adoptable pets outside to you.
- Must choose available pet from HSSM's website that you are interested in. A listing of all HSSM's adoptables can be found by visiting: https://hssm.org/adoptable-pets/.
- Only 1 adopter or foster parent from each family is allowed into the building to finalize the paperwork and we are limiting two customers inside the shelter at a time.
- HSSM is operating with limited staff and the safety of all pets, staff/volunteers and the community takes first priority.
