This has got to be one of the best ideas EVER! You're already doing a to do list, now take a few minutes to make a record of good things you've done each day. It can be as big as getting an awesome performance review at work, or as simple as doing the dishes every night before bed. The size of the accomplishment doesn't matter, this list is supposed to boost your self-confidence. And here's what I loved most about this tip I found on LinkedIn...call it a TA-DA list! Genius!
