The weekend fun on our coast gets started with a St. Patrick's Day parade in Pascagoula tonight...

The O’Blarney Society in Pascagoula is having a parade at 7 Friday night.  It’ll start on Delmas Avenue, then to Pascagoula Street, Convent Avenue  and wrap up on Watts Avenue.  It’s the same route as the city’s Christmas Parade. 

Ocean Springs will be celebrating St. Paddy’s Day all day, with ‘green’ specials, live music, artist demonstrations, and then a Green Dessert Crawl from 5:30-7:30pm. 

Saturday, March 18th:

Beauvoir is having an Easter Egg Hunt that starts at 11a.  Your little ones can get pictures taken with the Easter Bunny.   ( visitbeauvoir.org )

How about a fun Family Campout this weekend?  Tent setup at Beach Park in Pascagoula starts at noon Saturday.  There’s an outdoor movie, kayaking, fishing and more along the beach.  Bring your bike or skates, it’s only $5 per-person, and children 2 and younger are free!

The Jackson County Heart Walk starts at 7:30 Saturday morning at Beach Park in Pascagoula. 

First United Methodist Church in Gautier is having their annual CMA Gulf Coast Blessing of the Bikes from 9-noon.

Sunday, March 19th:

The Lynn Meadows Discovery Center is holding auditions for Beauty and the Beast at 5:30pm.  (lmdc.org)
