Investigators say they won't rest until they find the man they believe is responsible for murdering a Latimer resident, and leaving his body in an unplugged freezer.

Jerry Kirkendall's body was discovered by his landlord Monday afternoon.  The 65 year old was from Indiana, and had been renting the house on Althea Street.  Jackson County Deputies and U.S. Marshals are looking for Thomas Stafford, who is charged with capital murder.  They believe Stafford took the victim's 2001 gold Cadillac Seville SLS, with Indiana tag 859RAT, and could be headed to Chicago.

Police warn that Stafford is considered dangerous, and anyone who sees him should contact their local law enforcement agency.
