They've found the missing car, but police are still looking for the man they believe killed a Latimer resident, and stuffed his body into an unplugged freezer.

Investigators from the Jackson County Sheriff's Department are in Mt. Vernon, Alabama this morning, searching the stolen car owned by a man whose body was found in a freezer in his home in Latimer Monday.  Sheriff Mike Ezell says a relative of Thomas Stafford, the man wanted for killing Jerry Kirkendall, told police Stafford sold the Cadillac to him.

No charges have been filed against the relative at this time.  Stafford is still on the run.
