Doing this 10 minutes a day can relieve PMS symptoms.

Admittedly, some of us have it rougher than others when it comes to the PMS that comes with our cycles.  I had friends that literally ended up in bed for a couple of days each month the pain got so bad.  

Research published in the Journal of Alternative and Complimentary Medicine suggests that yoga may reduce the pain associated with monthly cramps, and they're only talking about 10 minutes a day!  It could also help you deal with the moodiness, by rewiring your body's stress responses.  

The cramps, headaches and nausea don't necessarily go away, but yoga might allow women to handle their cycles with much less discomfort.  Great news for women everywhere!
