With advice from so-called weight loss experts constantly changing, it's no wonder shedding pounds is such a struggle!

In the past, the so-called 'experts' said eating salt leads to weight gain, because it causes the body to retain water.  

Now researchers at Vanderbilt University say salt could help you lose weight!  

Now they're saying salt causes the body to break down fat, and helps the body produce urine without drinking.  

With constantly changing advice like this, it's no wonder so many of us (Myself included) struggle to drop weight.
