A spokesperson for Joe Biden is releasing a list of women who say they support the former vice president. That's after a second woman came forward to accuse Biden of touching her inappropriately. Names on the list include national security adviser Susan Rice, actress Alyssa Milano, and Meghan McCain. According to the "Hartford Courant," Amy Lappos, who worked for Connecticut Representative Jim Himes in 2009, says Biden touched her without her consent during a fundraiser in 2009. Biden has yet to address Lappos' allegations.
