DOJ Tells White House To Refuse Subpoena For Full Mueller Report

Attorney General William Barr Holds Press Conference To Discuss Release Of Mueller Report

The Department of Justice is promising to urge President Trump to invoke executive privilege if House Democrats push through with a contempt of Congress vote against Attorney General Bill Barr. The House Judiciary Committee wants to see the full Mueller report and all of its supporting evidence. The letter to the committee was written by Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd. Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler said he plans to hold a vote Wednesday on holding Barr in contempt over his repeated refusal to turn over the unredacted Mueller report.
